It is the mission of Nurse Practitioner Associates of Meridian to bridge the gap of healthcare disparities in our community by providing access to quality comprehensive healthcare for individuals ages 14 and older.

Mary Stewart is a Board Certified Geriatric Nurse Practitioner, specializing in the care of older adults 50 years of age and older. As a geriatric nurse practitioner, Mary’s clinical focus is on helping adults navigate the challenges of aging to maintain their optimal level of health and well-being.
Mary has been a registered nurse for 21 years, and she has dedicated 12 of those years to serving and working as a nurse practitioner. She has worked and served in many capacities throughout the years within local hospital systems, as a Associate Degree Nursing Instructor for Meridian Community College, President and Board member of the Lauderdale County Council on Aging, community- based hospice agencies, and local nursing home facilities.
Mary received an Associate Degree in Nursing from Meridian Community College (2000), a Bachelors of Science in Nursing from the University Southern Mississippi (2003), a Dual Masters of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in Adult Health Nursing and Nursing Administration (2005) from the University of Southern Mississippi, a Post-Masters Certification as a Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama (2008), and she received her doctoral degree as a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Samford University (2021).
Mary is a member of the Mississippi Nurses Association (MNA), the Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners (MANP), the Gerontological Advanced Practice Nurses Association (GAPNA), and the American Nurses Association (ANA).
Mary is passionate about healthcare entrepreneurship and serving the community. She is looking forward to caring for patients at Nurse Practitioner Associates of Meridian.
Tanyaneka Wilson has been a registered nurse for 21 years and a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner for eight years.
Tan began her Nursing Education at Meridian Community College graduating in 2000 with High Honors with an Associate Degree in Nursing. Upon graduation from MCC she was awarded the honor of being in the Circle of Excellence as well as a recipient of the H.M. Ivy Scholarship. She was motivated to further her education by enrolling in the University of Southern Mississippi while also working full-time in her first Nursing position. Tan graduated in 2003 from USM earning a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with Highest Honors. She enrolled in the University of South Alabama in 2011 and completed her Master Degree in Family Nurse Practitioner in 2013.
After 14 years working as a registered nurse with a focus in cardiology, Mrs. Wilson began her journey as a Family Nurse Practitioner in early 2014. Her specialty is Primary Care serving across the life spectrum from pediatric to adult to geriatric care. She recognizes the individual needs of all who entrust her with their care and is dedicated to getting to know her clients and their families and helping guide them to achieve their optimal level of health and wellness.
She enjoys educating her clients on their conditions and encouraging them to adopt healthier habits and a lifestyle of wellness.
She is a member of the Mississippi Nurses’ Association (MNA), the American Nurses’ Association (ANA), and Mississippi Association for Nurse Practitioners (MANP).

Erica Glover, is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has 25 years of nursing experience in a variety of settings, including orthopedics, oncology, intensive and critical care, ambulatory surgery, legal nurse consulting and associate degree nursing instruction.
Her clinical experience as a nurse practitioner in pediatrics, primary adult care, women’s health, hospice, correctional and geriatric medicine has granted her the opportunity to care for patients in all stages of life.
Erica completed her Associate Degree in Nursing from Meridian Community College, and then earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degree with a Community Health emphasis from The University of Southern Mississippi. In 2010, she completed her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner focus from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
She is a member of the Mississippi Nurses Association( MNA), Mississippi Association of Nurse Practitioners (MANP), and the American Nurses Association (ANA).

We also provide care for our elder community and older adults. We understand the health care needs for of older adults. We aim to ensure that our seniors maintin their respective quality-of-life
Not feeling well or just need an annual exam? We do it all! We also perform sports physicals and referrals for injuries. Whether you're sick or only need some routine maintenance, we're here for you!
